A while ago i bought a granite slab to sit on top of my paradigm pdr-10 sub, ive now sold the sub and have got an rel q100e sub.
You may know that the rel q100e sub has spikes fitted to the underside and because i live in a second floor flat i am trying to avoid annoying my neighbour.
Has anyone done a test of a sub with a granite slab underneath to see if it makes any difference to the sound and also if it is more neighbour friendly than just a sub on spikes on the carpet ?

    Thanks

im using 4 of those small clear medicine despensers you get with cough medicine etc. they are practicle, dont damage the sub, and because they are clear makes the sub look like its floating.they are about half a inch deep,so there is no chance of anything toppleing over.if any forum members want some free, drop me a line....i still have a few around.
