I need 6 meters of subwoofer cable to run from a Denon 3802 to an SVS 20-39PCi.

Can anyone recommend anything - I believe choice of sub cable isn't a critical choice - but saying that - I don't want to lose any sound or quality...

Here's a choice of three from QED -

could anyone advise whether is would it be worth spending £80 on the QED SR-SW over the £40 QED P-SW?

If you sat 10 people down blindfolded and played some demo sequences using 10 popular "subwoofer" cables, not one of them would be able to tell which was which - at least that's my opinion. :)

    Have a look at

    http://custom1.farnell.com/cpc/prod...catalogue&category_name=&product_id=AV0460566

(I believe this is the PGA4109, usually around £30 in the shops)

    or even

    http://custom1.farnell.com/cpc/prod...io-RF-Video+cables+Phono&product_id=AV0686766

if you fancy something very inexpensive (never used one of these though)

Don't forget VAT, and if the order is below £30, you have to pay carriage.

I contacted REL about a suitable cable to run my two Storms.I suggested that I might use microphone cable, they couldn't see a problem with that so I purchased it form here http://www.connectronics.co.uk/audio-cables.html I use the MICFLEX. Its sensible priced but a bit fiddly to solder into the connections.

Last week I got the 9m Ixos 1081 sub cable from Hi Fi Junkies for £17 delivered. A 5m length is only £13. You can't really argue with that.
