Evening all,
Newbie here. I've been looking into upgrading my existing 5.1 home cinema system with a primary focus on improving the speakers first.
I've managed to find some great Mordaunt Short 902i's for a very reasonable price which will be my fronts and also double up for stereo music playback. A friend is very kindly giving me a MS 905C too and I'm looking to get a couple of smaller MS304's for the rears. That just leaves me with the Sub. Looking on classifieds sites, the MS309i looks like the best option for me, but I was wondering whether there would be anything else within the £100-150 price bracket worth going for?
I've gone for speaker symmetry so far to keep SWMBO sweet as she's a sucker for aesthetics and this is why I'm leaning to the MS sub also.
One last thing... Can someone enlighten me on the differences between the MS309W and MS309i?
