Yes it does it have a audio track, video track and subtitle track now thats the mkv file, but when i put it in mkv2vob it gives me no subtitles at all its almost like it deletes the subs and if I choose to select encode subtitles in the settings it gives me a transcoding error every time its really annoying.

Not really had much experience with subtitles...............

I would check to see if there is a language selected for the subtitles in the mkv.........

I would open the mkv up with mkvmerge and ensure the video, audio and sub file all have there languages set correctly, then remux..........

then try mkv2vob again, with the transcode subs selected as well as the preferred language of the subs.......

I tried triple checked everything mkv2vob still deletes the subtitles after its done muxing or whatever it has options like load subtitle or encode subtitles and to me they are completely useless. my sub anime's turn into raws after its done it seems like this program wasn't meant for sub at all.

Maybe try changing your file to AVCHD-USB, assuming you play off the PS3 hard drive or USB hard drive........

You also do AVCHD-Disc for playback off a disc......
