Okay, I'm having a senior moment... 
How do I see my current subscriptions via my PC? I was trying to check the expiry date of PS+, and also the status of Auto Renew, but can't remember how to do that! I'm sure I've been able to do this on my computer previously but it's beyond me at the moment. When I have a look at Subscriptions Management it tells me "You currently don't have any subscriptions" but at the same time displays the PS+ logo next to my user ID (image below edited to remove the more "sensitive" info!).
I can see the subscription info via the console itself so I guess that's something.
Anyway no doubt it'll come to me just after I post this thread...
