considering a sub for my living room, but don't want to spend too much, so i'm looking for second hand. there are items like the KEF PSW2000 which i understand come from one of the 'egg' 5.1 sets.

is that going to be ok combined with different speakers (i have tannoy F4 / FC / FR surround)?

yes it should be fine, as its a separate, as in the speakers dont run through the sub, the kef 2000 has its own phono Rca connection direct to the amplifier. :smashin:
