I want to add a sub to my pro-logic setup (possibly a PDR8), and ive heard theres two ways of doing this: through the amps phono outputs or at speaker level, so i have a few questions:

1: can all subs be wired both ways, and if so whats the best?

2: my amp doesnt have any buttons so that i can tell it that an subs been added, so will the bass still go to the front speakers aswell as the sub. Or will it send most of the low frequencies to the sub as it should?

3: does the way i connect it affect what happens in question 2 ?

    Thanx for any help, Jon
