sub 1k speakers????

im looking for some floor standing speakers to play along side my rel t1 for music and will also use as fronts for film ect.
im using a onkyo 509 to run them, budget would be £600 to £1000 and they are to replace my monitor audio s6's. i like it loud and am not worried if there bigger than the s6's.

Because you have a 509, it's best to stick to speaker's that are fairly easy to drive.

Have a look at the a Monitor Audio RX2's or KEF Q300's - these will be a nice easy load. Most speakers nearing the £1k mark tend to be a lower impedance, so will be more demanding on the receiver.

The 509 seems to power my monitor audio s6's quite well.
I was looking at missions m35i and the acoustic energy aelite
3's. Any advice appreciated.
