Sub £250 cinema in a box

Thanks for all your help so far, but i've re-evaluated the importance of multiregion, i think i can live without it.

So best complete home cinema system for £250 and under, i'm not expecting miricles, and it wont be used for music. Please suggest brands or models i should look at.
