Even a blind man can see that this is not a F430.

That reminds me of a car I was behind in traffic a couple of months ago.
You get lots of cheap cars with bolt ons, stupid exhausts etc. but this one was a work of art.
All I will say is if you are around Bristol and see a red car with "Torque of the Devil" on the back stand back and admire, very nicely done.
This is from soneone who isn't usually bothered about cars by the way.

I don't think I'm missing the sarcasm in his advert, is he genuinely serious when saying its been lowered to the correct height and at the right revs sounds like the real deal?

I'd rather drive a Pink Lada than convince anyone that was a ferrari!

I believe the seller is being deadly serious.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's got the Ferrari engine noise on a CD and plays it back whilst driving....either that or he makes the appropriate noises himself!

This sort of thing is relatively common in the bike world, people will build bikes to look like another.
Although it tends to be to replicate race bikes you couldn't buy even if you wanted to.

This is the thing with these sorts of 'specials', cars or bikes.
You will never recoup your money.
Keep it or take what you can get, don't expect others to pay for the time/money you spent.

Yep, I paid £5k for one 8 years ago and it was a bag of sh*t - but at least the original car looks decent unlike that monstrosity
