A chance encounter today. Probably there's a harbour here that is covered by high tide.Still, it seemed to fit the 'out of place' criteria.........

It's a causeway. Shot at Dinard (France) with St Malo in the background.

However the 'Photoshop' comment reminds me I should have specified my PP.
Cropped & adjustments to exposure,fill light, clarity, vibrance & tone curve (all within Adobe Lightroom).
