Hi Everyone
Have a repair ticket in to send my XBOX Series X in for a repair.
Wondering what you all think - if this is a waste of time, and more of a software patch waiting on MS?
The Issues
Preface - none of these issues on my XBOX One - same exact setup also
Disney + (Error Code 39 - will not stream) - whole thread on this - with no resolution - every fix in thread - I have tried to no luck
Occasionally will work - but very rare
Netflix (some titles- no sound/picture only)
HBO Max (will not work all the time)
I have swapped out HDMI cords plenty of times - to no avail
Workaround is then to bypass XBOX Series X, and just stream directly with my LG TV - no issues.
DVD Playback
Blu Ray, DVD, 4K movies multiple problems - 1) No Playback 2) No Sound 3) Picture No Sound
Combination of one of these 3 or just one
Workaround : After rebooting/hard resetting multiple times, sometimes up to 15x - it will finally work
Wondering what you all think? Is this more of software issue with MS, or a hardware issue - thus sending back to MS for repair is my only hope?
