Anyone have this kind of issue with their Toshiba 36" PF1. It started on mine last week and now happens daily:

When watching ITV via Sky the picture will, during adverts, go smeary, start to refresh slowly and jerky - a bit difficult to describe but a bit like watching a PC mouse when "mouse trails" is on, for any motion scenes.

Only seems to happen on ITV and only starts during ads.

Once it has gone into "smear mode" need to change away from EXT3 and back. Then it is OK. If you change channels via Sky then it remains a problem.

I have eliminated Sky box, DNR setting, 100Hz/Auto setting.

Have never seen problem instigate itself when on other channels or when watching DVD etc.

Anyone else had these symptoms? I was wondering if there is something transmitted during the ads that may be confusing the signal processing?

    Thanks
