Strange problem.

Morning all, :hiya:
Basically my set (Sony 32D3000) occassionally turns itself off and back on again for a split second sometimes. It doesn't happen frequently enough for it to be a major headache but it's a little worrying none the less.

Has anyone else suffered from this problem?

It tends to happen shortly after the set has been turned on, within the first twenty minutes or so.

maybe a power fault..maybe a board problem..intermittent faults are a pain in the rear.
i take it, its from when its cold started, and not from being on standby?
if you are worried, get it looked at,if its still in warranty.

Mine has just started doing the same thing tonight, after nearly 18months of faultless TV. It happens every 5 minutes or so and the green light stays on the front but there is a loud click. Not sure if it is just within the first 20 mins or so.

I'll be on the phone to John Lewis in the morning
