That's my question I bring to you today. How do you listen to your music?

I've been using Straight, nice and simple. But I wondered if I'm missing out on anything by not using Stereo? Is there much of a difference at all?

If anyone could help me, that'd be ace. :)

    Cheers.

I usually listen by using the direct function. I haven't bothered with the straight function as I don't believe it shuts down all the dsp's and video stuff. Im using Multi CH input at the moment to listen to my Disturbed DVD-A :smashin:

I use the direct mode for classical cds, but the straight mode for anything else, as the direct mode cuts out the sub.

Direct stereo for me - used to use straight mode, then read the manual (!) and foudn direct stereo. Think its sounds a lot truer

Never bothered with straight and used direct after reading the manual several times. Sometimes use 2 or 7 channel so I can get the sub involved and occaisionally use NEO:6 music or rock DSP mode.
