Attached is a photo illustrating the damage caused to a friend's home
in Hertfordshire from the storms that passed through last week.
It illustrates the unstoppable force of nature that can sweep this
country too and makes you realise how vulnerable we are to mother
    nature.

It really makes you cherish what you have, and reminds us not to take
    things for granted.

Take care of yourself and be safe.

Yes, I hear that another large storm is expected very soon. I hope your friend takes suitable precautions this time ;)

Was this the storm on thursday night?

If it was, I was a bit close to the elements on my motorcycle!

Took me 3 hours to ride up to Birmingham after playing Rugby, I started in surrey at 9PM, and made it up to Newstreet by 12. I was shivering for atleast and hour after getting off, but I was dry on the bike!!!

I then realised what power and danger the elements are, if you decide to try and tackle them head on! :suicide:

I'll be taking my car next time I need to work up there, Im sure I could have done more than the 40MPH I was doing on a 150MH bike!
