    Hi just a quick question.

I've got approximately 10 hours of audio on some cd's which I'd like to put onto a digital audio player (ipod/sony - haven't decided yet any recommendations?) and what I'd like to ask is how big a hard drive/storage capacity would I need for this as I've got some subliminal learning (don't laugh - I think that's what it's called when you go to sleep listening to tapes etc so the info. sinks in without your realizing it) to do.

    Cheers
    Rick

I would imagine 1Gb should be plenty of space.

    (Assume 128kbps MP3 = 1Mb/min, *600min = 600Mb).

If you're listening to speech, you could probably get better compression and fit it into a 512Mb player.

Thanks mate, it would be speech as I'll be studying for an exam, but I'd want the best quality possible so as it's legible.
