Can someone tell how i can stop the picture changing size, i have a PE30 37"
I'm not up on technical info so i would have a clue how it works?
I recorded a film on sky + and every now and again the picture increased or decreased in size which was annoying!!
    Cheers

Its aspect ratio switching, and is set by the broadcaster.

Sounds like you have the TV set to "Panasonic Auto". In this mode the TV tries to determine the most appropriate aspect ratio, and may end up switching between them if a broadcaster transmits a widescreen film letterboxed in a 4:3 frame for instance. (UKTV-Drama are particularly bad for this - did it to "Midsummer Night's Dream" last night!)

You need to press the "aspect" button on your remote a few times to cycle through and select an aspect ratio that suits the programme being shown. When it's over, use the "aspect" button again to set the aspect back to Panasonic Auto - otherwise other programmes may appear unnaturally stetched or zoomed!
