You will need a Y connector so that the one output can be connected to two single sub cables

Hmmm if you use 2 subwoofers the subwoofer sound it split into L and R isn't it...
I too only have one Pre - out Sub Output...never really thought of using 2 subs but if you don't have 2 sub outputs on your amp I can't see how you can do it.
Does the sub instruction manual not give you a helping hand???

Or you could just do what Ian J said.

I have a split Y cable but I run them both into the sub - L and R.

If you wanted 2 subs with L and R on each of them does that mean spliting the cable again with another Y meaning 3 Y connectors.
    Would that work?

never seen anything in the manual, it seems strange that thx recommend 2 subs but dont show you how to connect them.you would have thought there would be menus to set them up if you wanted!

This is copied from Ian J in a previos post just on page 2.

You will need a Y splitter to connect two subs to one amp but beware the Ixos splitter sold by Hifibitz isn't suitable as you need one male plug at one end and two female plugs at the other from which you will run seperate phono leads to each sub.
