On the Pioneer 436XDE I presently have the sound coming through the HI-Fi amp but it only comes out of one speaker? Do I need to buy a Dolby Surround Sound Amp to solve this problem? (Or a Home Cinema System?)

    Thanks

I assume you have 2 RCA leads comming from your media box to your hi-fi yes? Swap the 2 round and see if the other channel starts working. Try 2 new leads. There is a left and right output so you should get stereo. Of course check your hi-fi output also. Chances are it is something simple.
