1) I am in the habit of listening to music from my CD Player with my AVR300 set to Stereo Direct mode. I have noticed that (sometimes) when I switch to other audio sources (usually digital 5.1 or dts) the sound is "messed up". I have found that, even though the Stereo Direct indicator light is not on, if I press the button on and off again, the sound corrects itself. Can someone comment on their experience with this or if I'm doing something wrong here? I thought I read that if you choose a different source, it's last setting should apply when you return to it. 2) I read somewhere in this forum that it is possible to involve the subwoofer with the Stereo Direct setting on? How is this possible? I know there is a "Stereo with subwoofer" setting but I thought that Stereo Direct meant bypassing all these settings. Thanks!
