Hello there peeps. Im new to the PS3 franchise as for the last few years Ive been an Xbox user, however, since Santa came with a PS3, I thought Id get a wheel

Im torn between 2, both Logitec

Either Driving Force GT or the G25

Around £70 difference in price but I would rather spend on whats worth it than saving a buck or 2

Can any1 advise me which way to go, primarily will be used for GT5

Ive already read 100's of reviews, they all seem good. The G25 does seem the best build but then the DF GT has the adjustment wheel for ingame car adjustments specifically designed for GT5

    Help me please,

    Appreciated,

    Lee

Seconded for the G25, I had one, they are a quality peice of kit. You might might be able to pick one up from the classifieds on here for under £100

G25 has got a clutch pedal & H-shifter which the GT doesn't have...

have you thought about this wheel if you have an xbox aswell....
even more expensive but works on xbox,ps3 & pc

Just had another look at that Fanatec site, they do say that some PS3 games are compatible but cant be guaranteed - def gonna steer clear & probably buy both the 360 & the GT wheel, decisions decisions lol

I've got the driving force pro (I think it's called) the older version of the gt pro. I decided on that cos £160 for the G25 is way to much for me. The force pro still has double motors and the biggest difference is the lack of clutch pedal and gear stick (if you can find a game on ps3 to make use of them). It still has the flappy paddles though and I got it for just under £50 on ebay. I would defo recommend it, especially if it not being used lots. I decided that if I liked it and used it a lot I would sell it and buy the G25 but I'm more than happy with it.
