Is this game worth buying for the VR experience
I paid a fiver for a copy on eBay, I’d say it was worth it for the one VR mission.
They really need to make a whole game of xwing missions, that would be awesome.
It was in my local Asda for £5 on Friday when I was in.
Definitely, the non vr game is also superb.
YES YES and YES
If your a star wars fan its heaven, even if you're not its a great experience
I picked this up on eBay for £8.
Mainly wanted it for the VR experience which I have to say was excellent.
I also played the main game the other day. Really enjoyed it though I am terrible at the multiplayer.
Once again being new to the PS4 platform meant I was outplayed on all levels. That said I played the Walker Assault 40 player game and it was intense. The amount of laser fire between the two teams really added to the feel of being in a Star Wars film! Of course my life expectancy on this mode was not great.
However there was one game called Droid Run which seemed to fail?
I started in a new game and it ended with the other team winning in about 20secs. How was this possible it gave the impression of some sort of cheating? I am sure it was a new game and not one I joined mid/end game...
Anyway the graphics were excellent, from the explosions to smoke and partical effects. Would have liked to have spent more time looking at the scenery but too much going on for that.
Please this being the older of the two games that there were still plenty of people playing.
I had expected empty lobbies with everyone playing BattleFront 2 instead.
Bf2 is pants. Should have had a millennium falcon vr mission
What is wrong with BF2? I heard alot of bad press with having to purchase alot of the weapons / extras...
Nothing wrong with it
I've done nearly 150 hours on it, really enjoyed it.
