I recieved the R1 version of Spy Game last night and it shows the problem that has been reported over at dvdtimes. The disc seems to insist on showing subtitles on my Tosh 100E even though i have them turned off. I have heard a number of people say they also have problems but as far as i know it is only Toshibas are affected.

Had the same problems on my parents Toshiba 200 on the DTS track, went back to the menu three or four times and turned it off, but it came back shortly after.
Then i gave up the DTS and watched the rest on my Denon DVD 3000, no problems, but no DTS:(

I gave my copy of SG to my dad and it did the same thing on his Tosh too...when in DTS not sure about DD though!

I've got a Sony but I havn't yet played it because my Yamaha Amp has gone in to be repaired.

I'll let you know when it comes back!

    Regards,
