    Hi Guys,

I'm looking for your suggestions for our situation. Our club has approx £500 to spend on a video camera. We will be using the camera for video analysis for the players by dumping the footage onto the computer and sifting through it for different things then making DVD's etc etc... Our older Mini DV camera is on its last legs.

From an editing point of view I am looking at a HD one for quicker transfers onto the computer and easier use of the files.

Can any of you suggest as model at around that price mark that will suit our needs well.

I've been told that Sony or JVC is the way to go. Any recommended models will be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers.

Sony SR190 HDD cam is available online under £500. Based on the excellent performance of the SR90 (which it replaced) and comments from some owners it should be good... though I have not seen the cam in action or any reviews as yet.
