Good spot. But WHSmith charge postage don't they?...

A quick look on find-dvd.co.uk says Series 1 is actually cheaper from DVD Plus at 11.87 (never used them - any good?) or DVD.co.uk at 11.99.

I can't remember if they do charge postage or not, it's been about 6 years since I ordered anything from their website.

I was actually looking for somethign else but spotted this and thought that the prices were quite good if anybody was interested.

I've never used DVD Plus myself, but after the recent Looking4DVDs scam, I'd recommend anybody thinking of saving 12p to just play it safe and use DVD.co.uk, who are a widely proven reliable retailer.

You can save on delivery by having stuff delivered to your local branch for collection. Not too helpfull if you don't have a local branch though. :)

Obviously many missed my thread of last monday (http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=205900) entitled "Spooks Season 2 £10.99 at BlahDVD (using £2 voucher)":

Get £2 off voucher by following the link here:
    http://www.cdanddvdbargains.com/page144.html

    Spooks 2 (5DVD boxset; list price £12.99; rrp £39.99):
    http://www.blahdvd.com/blah/Default.aspx?productid=KLT62027

Update: I received a dispatch email on Tuesday, and the package arrived between Wednesday morning and this morning (I've been away).... so good price, reasonable delivery... from Blah - NOT AS BAD AS SPLASHDVD!

BTW, Spooks Season 1 (which I already had) is also at the same price (http://www.blahdvd.com/blah/Default.aspx?productid=KLT62004) - however I think it should be cheaper since it is a 3DVD set of a 6-episode season, unlike Season 2 (5DVD, 10 episodes).

    AMENDMENT:
Direct link to register for £2 voucher (as above link appears to be dead)
    https://secure.blahdvd.com/Registration.aspx?mode=2
