I ordered Karate Kid Boxset from them 11 days ago and still nothing. My order status page hasn't even been updated.

    Are they always this slow?

I know they had a few problems with thier computer system last week.

I had a similar thing happen to me, so I just gave them a call and they sorted it out.

They are usually slow, but not usually that slow. Give 'em a call and see what's up :)

I hope this doesn't mean I'm going to have to chase them to get the 3 DVDs I ordered 2 days ago (which still haven't been despatched yet) :(

Been away since Thursday and came home to an email saying they've shipped it on Friday.

It's taken them 12 days to ship a sodding DVD. If they told it was out of stock, fair enough. SplashDVD can stuff their service up their arse.
