After various experiments, I've found my sub performs best when on rubber feet placed on a cut-to-size, rubber backed thin piece of carpet. This is on my suspended wooden floor.

My CHT-10 came with stick on plastic feet that i have yet to attach. It is sitting on carpet. Should I attach them? Any comment Uncle Eric?

    Thanks

For what it's worth, I use the feet on my CHT-10. That said, even with the piece of carpet under it, my old floorboards are nowhere near even and it was easier to level the sub and get it solidly planted by using the feet.

I found removing the spikes improved my Rel Strata II on a suspended wooden floor.
