    Hi all

Right i am about to get my frist projector
i am looking at the Panasonic PTAE200 but if i save up a bit i my get the panasonic PTAE300/Sanyo Z2

to get the best out of the new projectors i have decided to make a hcpc.

i have some bits from old computers that i could use which are :

ATI Radeon 7000 32md DDR DVI out and TV out
    8gig hard drive
    256 mb pc133 mem
    duron 800
    duron 1.3 gig
old case that will do for now
    win xp pro

would you recomend i use any of these items

all the the pc will be used for is to play dvds on the projector.

    my budget is about £150

    what would you recomend ?

    hope you can help.

    Hi There Wandgrudd,

Use the 1.3 Duron, and you have a good starter HCPC. Don't forget to add a decent soundcard!.
