Hi. I've just bought a Panasonic TX 28PM1. The speakers are making a high pitched whine. Is this normal do you know, or should I take it back. I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

    Tiger3176,

If the whine is really coming from the speakers then no, it's not normal and you should contact your supplier.

However, other parts of the TV, such as the line timebase, do emit whistles which some people can hear.

In that case, unless it's excessive, you may have to put up with it.

    Good luck!
