I was looking for something similar. I wanted to switch between my HiFi and HT amps for the same speakers (front). Then on eBay I came across a HiFi showroom switch allowing switching between different source/amps and speakers, rather than unplugging cables everytime I want to enjoy my CDs/Vinyls. I haven't received it yet and not sure how much it degrades the audio quality.

I am pretty sure you can get a speaker switch allowing multiple sets of speakers for the same source. I have one, somewhere, as my amp doesn't have a output for headphones. I think I bought it somewhere on Tottenham Crt Rd, looong time ago.

    Merry Christmas
