Speaker switch to rotate signals

Is anyone aware of a speaker switch that can be used to rotate the speakers around?

The use case is I have a tv on the walk and project at 90degrees to the tv so when I switch the projector in I would need the original front left -> front right etc etc

I’ve had an attempt at building (pics attached) one using a load of double pole relays ( 8 Channel 5V Relay Module) but the relays are burning out and just not connecting very well, causing the sound to be muffled. It almost works but not very well

I suspect if I could build a custom board then I might be able to make it work as all the interconnections could bed in the circuit board

Any ideas?
