Speaker Stand - fill level?

Hi,

I'm filling my Soundstyle Z2 speaker stands with kiln dried sand.

The Soundstyle Z2's have three tubes: two smaller tubes and one larger central tube.

I'm wondering whether to just fill the central tube with sand to around 3/4, or whether to fill all three with sand? The two smaller tubes are currently filled with polystyrene.

Any advice? Many thanks.
