Speaker Spikes

Just had a new Karndean Viynl Floor fitted in my loungs and need to put speakers back.

Question is should I use the Speaker Spikes or not?

Any sound differences?

I use spikes thru carpet onto concrete, but I think in your position I would sit the spikes on 1p coins.

Or if you want something a little more expensive use 10p's.

What William said if the sub floor is concrete. However, if it's a suspended wooden floor, you might be better off de-coupling the speakers from it by using something like focalpods instead of spikes.

hi all, thanks for the suggestions.

In the end I have removed the spikes (floor far to expensive to ruin) and used soft sticky furniture pads instead, works a treat
