    Can anyone please help.

I used to bi wire my front mission speakers (Sorry I don't know the model no.), but now I am only using normal cable.

How should I correctly wire this?

I have connected it to the bottom pair of connectors (Red + Black), but the sound quality sounds very basy.

    Any suggestions???

You have to put back the jumpers that came with the speakers, or just connect each set of two terminals on the speakers with a bit of speaker wire...

I don't have the clips that were with the speakers any more.

Can you please explain what else I can do, what to do with the speaker wire etc?

Would this explain why the sound is not very good??

It should, just get 4 pieces of speaker cable, probably bare wire would do too, and put it where the clips where, otherwise you only get the woofer working...
