Speaker Recommendations please

Hi,
I'm after a new amp & speaker system.
My budget for the speakers is around £1000. I like the B&W Mini Theatres.
Any recommendations?

Do you want a complete package, big, small, 5.1, 7.1, will it be mainly for movies, or stereo playback too?

Sorry I'm new to this.
I'm after a complete 5.1 sytem with small speaker. It will be used for music and movies, but i guess mainly movies.

Quad L-ites and B&W MT's are about as good as it gets at this price point. The Quad sub is a cracker, the cheaper B&W's are pretty good for the money too, but don't bother with the PV-1. At about £1700 there's other sub/sat systems to look at......
