Where should the front left right and centre speakers be postionsed in a room that has the television in one corner?
Should you place the speakers around the televison or position the speakers one in each corner and centre and allow the processor to calculate the levels for each speaker.

Around the TV, the processsor cannot calculate an offset to the sides and usually would not allow to change the front speaker delay anyhow (ie there is no delay).
This would also benefit videos / TV broadcast with stereo sound only.
The center should be below or on top of the TV, whichever is more suitable.
