At what point does the length of speaker cable start to make a noticeable decrease in sound quality?

I currently have a Denon 2802 with M72 speaker package and am thinking of using either 3 metres or 3.5 metres of cable per front speaker. Either the (Original Mk 2 Biwire or Silver Anniversary Biwire cables, both by QED).

    Thanks.

Don't think you will have a problem there with the lengths you have stated, if it were 3m and 350m then that may make a difference.

I use QED SA good choice..

Just to add that the diameter may also play a part here, so if you are looking at fairly long runs just increase the diameter. 2.5sqmm or better 4sqmm should to the trick up to 15 meter or even more ...
