I was intending to buy a Toshiba 32ZP18Q but I am worried about the distance required between the set and HiFi speakers. I have a pair of very large AR speakers which are not shielded. Toshiba tell me that they need to be at least 3 feet from the set. This will be almost impossible for one of them. Does anybody have any accurate data?

    Many thanks,

    Brian

Usually.... the bigger they are, the further away they have to be because of the intensity of the magnetic field (AFAIK).

Be interesting to know if you could buy some magnetic shielding stuff??
