so I have pretty much decided on the set up for my upcoming cinema room.

    denon 3802
    kef eggs with 2 subs
    panny plasma
    xbox
    digibox
    tivo?
    dvd player

ok so what are you thoughts on speaker cables? brand? type? no worried about shape as I will be running these from inside of the walls and ceiling, totally invisible. running them to a face place at the from of the room where I will plug them into the Amp.

I am not rich so price Vs Quality please!

    thanks a lot.

(also any ideas about interconnects would be greeet!)

If £5/m isn't breaking the bank QED Anniversary Silver is a good choice.

Good cable but should be available for £4.50 if you look around

    Hi

    Have a look at www.chord.co.uk

Their Carnival cable is about 5 quid a metre.

Agree with Graham QED S/A is a good choice, and can be found cheaper than £5m if you take some time and check out the different prices.

I notice you have put down on your list Tivo? and Digibox, have you looked at the Sky+ system, think Tivo has a few more features but Sky+ has 5.1 sound on selected programmes, and you will have one less box in your room, just a thought.

It depends who you want to give your money to.

£10 month for SKY + or £199 lifetime to TiVo

I went the latter, Mr. Murdoch gets enough of my spondollies
