Also remember mains cable copper is 99.7 oxgen free. 1mm T and E makes a good cheap option a doess 2.5mm T&E if you wish.

You can pull through the Earth, or many years ago 1mm twin was available.

Knowing what is being connected to what would help matters though as mntioned above.

Hi thanks for the info,i have a sony hi fi lbt - n 455,i'm replacing the standard speakers with sony colum speakers
