    Hi,

Can anyone direct me to the speaker cable thread that says to use twin and earth instead of proper speaker cable. I can't find it but I know some on here have referenced it.

    Thanks,

    Richie.

It'll be in the cables forum if you search there for twin and earth of "T&E"

If you're after budget cable, braided cat5 network cable is supposed to be very good - I've currently got T&E from b&q and it's fine - I plan to upgrade to cat5 when I can face spending a few hours braiding the cable.

T&E is pretty ugly though - I'm using normal JVC copper multi-strand for the rears from Dixons.
