I have just purchased an NAD C352 amplifier and some QED SA speaker cable with QED Airloc plugs at each end. However, I can't seem to fit them into the cable sockets at the back of my amp. Should they fit, and has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions over what I can do, bearing in mind I know next-to-nothing about Hi-Fi's?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I assume that you have removed the small plastic caps that cover the end of the terminal posts?

Once the plastic caps have been removed the Airlocs will just plug into the end of the amps speaker connectors.

I have the same amp and I am using WBT connectors which fit fine.

Ah right! I was unscrewing the knobs and trying to force the plugs down the hole that appears. I didn't realise they went into the end of the knobs themselves! Doh!

    Cheers!!

    I only know from first-hand experience! :)

At my first attempt to attach the speaker cables I tried what you did, it took a while for it to dawn on me that the little plastic caps had to be removed.

They can be fiddly to remove but they will detach.

    Cheers - Harryo
