Speaker cable, Kef set up

Novice Member

Please advise what you think I require?

Currently have
Kef R2C Center
Kef ls50 meta as right and left with QED XT40i and welded connectors.
Denon AVR-X2700H AV Receiver

Looking to add
Kef Ci200RR-THX ceiling speakers 7 meters away x2
Kef rear R8a - 11 meters away x2

Already purchased above speakers and I can’t afford to run the same cables as the fronts, I thought it’s best to keep it QED! I wonder what cables to use on those lengths and which connectors to use whilst keeping cost down. £100 £180 max

Any ideas or should I throw more money at the cable?

Forget about brand names and hype around fancy metallurgy - any half decent 2x2.5mm copper cable will be ideal.

VanDamme Blue series is consistent in terms of materials and build quality and bring a twin-axial cable is easy to install when you have to thread it through walls, ceilings, floors etc.

PS You can request a shorter length if required.

Don't spend a fortune on cables. VDB will be more than adequate. I used Fisual Slip, still do for the surrounds and Atmos with the old KEF R Series. Doesn't come much cheaper than that. Then I changed to Chord Clearway for the front three which I had given to me as a deal sweetner and it didn't make an iota of difference, just looked neater!
