Question Speaker cable faceplates

Good evening all!
I’m about to re-wire for 7.1.4 speakers, with wall mounted speakers, and wondered what most popular method of exiting speaker wires from the walls is... if you see what I mean! A length of wire hanging out of the plaster? Some sort of ‘faceplate’ with a small hole/grommet in it? The more discreet the better....!
Many thanks for suggestions

Ive just got some speaker terminal faceplates that attach to a back box. Also got some faceplates with brushes to allow other cables. Think the best and cleanest method is a nice metal faceplate with speaker terminals on a sunken backbox. Have a look at nexxia face plates.

I made my own to match the MK Logic plus sockets. I used their 1 gang blanking plates and some solder binding posts
