Might sound like a silly question but I'm not sure if i'm thinking correctly ?....

Just bought nordost superflatline gold bi-wire speaker cable and its terminated with plugs and spades.....plugs into speakers (sorry to state obvious) but the spades wont connect to my Denon a10se amp....do they ? am I doing something silly ?

    Let me know.....Thanks:blush:

This might not help ... but can you insert one lug of the spade through the hole in the binding post before tightening it up ...

I've never tried this ... but thats how it shows to use spades on the Avia disc (yes okay it was a bit sad to watch that bit of it!!)

The spade will fit around any 4mm speaker terminal, the 4mm plugs will go in your amp. Just un-screw the terminal on the back of your Q55.2's, push the spade around the central post and screw back down. Don't cut the plugs off:eek:
