I got a quote for an official Infocus M1-DA to DVI cable to run from my 4805 to my DVD player. It was £104 !!!!!!!
Does anyone know of a place doing them cheaper than this? Or even the adapter so I can just run an ordinary DVI to DVI cable?

I got a 5m DVI cable and M1-DA adaptor for my Screenplay 5700 from Lindy cables and I'm sure that together the cost was less than £50.

Lindy.co.uk is the web site you are looking for. They should be able to provide you with what you need at a more reasonable cost.
