Source Output To Multiple TV's

Hi,

I have an Samsung LE40M87BD 40" downstairs, and 2 rooms upstairs with Samsung LE23R88BD's, all have HDMI, now I have a PS3, XBox Elite & SkyHD, any ideas on the folowing questions please.

1) How do I distribute the sources to all 3 tvs at the same time?

2) Will the 2 LE23R88BD's support an 1080p signal, as thats what all the systems are outputting currently.
