Hello folks, I've been looking for some new earphones to replace my last pair which one side of stopped working. All the earphones I've had before were either Sony or Senn, around the £30 mark. Have put a bit more effort into looking around this time and found SoundMAGIC E10 to have good reviews for the cost and am looking to buy some (unless there is some reason I've missed to avoid them? Would consider other recommendations if they are easily available). I was reading some posts on here and ended up on the fake earphones thread which has some alarming stories, had no idea it was that bad. I think Amazon direct are the cheapest (of places I'd consider in the first place) so I should be ok on that side of things.
The main thing I came on to ask about was some of the reviews recommend buying foam tips, which themselves are half the cost of the 'phones on top. Just wondered what the opinion is from people that use them or have compared them to the regular tips (on any earphones) recently? If I did buy them I'm not sure what size I'd need as well, do I go by the size of silicon buds that fit or get smaller for the 'body heat activation' gizmo? Earphones I've had use either medium or big and I would rather not buy a set with all three sizes and waste two of the pairs.
Many thanks
