It is not that long ago that Sound United were said to be trying aquire Onkyo and Pioneer. Now they, like the other two brands, have been taken over themselves :eek:

Interesting development that needs to be watched.
 
Perhaps it's going with the theory that due to the Denon AVR pricing nowadays it is advisable to also purchase a blood pressure monitor!
 
I’m hoping their expertise in manufacturing super high quality components has a positive influence on the manufacturing of audio stuff :)
 
Maybe they are wanting to make musical electric toothbrushes or a multichannel surround sound thermometer?

Denon will be renamed Doctor Denon and Marantz will become Matron.
